Custom Design
Westminster Presbyterian Church is the home of my good friend George Bendall. When he became pastor of Westminster, one of his first phone calls was to Orange Jacket Web Design. I remember the phone call well. George said, "I want a cool site like Genesis Fellowship has." And I built him a site with the same features and functionality and life is good in Gulfport, Mississippi.
American Technology Rentals, a family owned-business located in Poca WV,, has its origins in custom technology design and systems integration for businesses and educational institutions. ATR is a complete, full-service, turn-key, event planning, production, and technology rental business.
Small businesses like ATR is why Orange Jacket was created in the first place.
Pastor Mark Jarrell and I sat down came up with one goal for the Genesis Fellowship website: visitors should be able to surf the website and have a good feel for the type of church that Genesis is before they ever walk through the door. We accomplished through the use of photo galleries, a podcast, a blog, a calendar, and a welcome video, in addition to many other elements. This site serves as an example as to what a church website can be and how it can aide in ministry.
Previously Designed Layouts
In addition to a custom option, I also offer a Pre-Designed package. Using various sites around the web, the customer chooses a previously designed layout and I will set up and place the content in the site.
The following sites use the Pre-Designed Option.
Jim Rankin's website needed a facelift. After upating his company's website with a new look, he decided it was time to do his. This website is a combination Custom/Pre-designed layout. We used his company's layout for content and created a new landing page. Jim is now ready for business again.

Rock Branch Independent Church is a small church in the community of Poca, WV. The original intent was to be able to help more churches at a reasonable price so they could use more of their money in other areas of ministry. The Pre-Designed Layout option was a perfect for them and their budget. Better yet, we were able to get this up and running for them in a very short period of time.

Forest Park subdivision is where I live. We needed a better way to communicate. Keeping people informed about the next meeting, how the dues are being spent, when the community yardsale will be, etc., can be done efficiently through the use of a website and, in particular, a web log.
